Yes, you can. If you run out of credits, you can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits at any time.
Yes! Subscription credits roll over and stay usable for 3 months, as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription ends or you downgrade, unused subscription credits are lost.
Credits from one-time packs are different: they last 1 year from purchase, no subscription needed.
One-time credits unlock all Creator plan features, including watermark-free exports and commercial use. However, they do not include advanced features from the Pro and Ultra plans, such as 4K, generating several image variations at once and exporting to Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut.
If you have an active Pro or Ultra subscription, your one-time credits will include those plan's features as well.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes, within 14 days of your first purchase, as long as you haven't exported anything (video, subtitles or project files), haven't downloaded any generated image or clip (gallery included), and have used fewer than 500 paid credits. If you qualify, just write to us from the Help page and you'll be offered an instant refund, no waiting for a reply: your first purchase is refunded in full and, if it was a subscription, the subscription is cancelled immediately.
Outside of those conditions all purchases are final: due to the nature of AI-generated content and the computational costs involved, we can't refund credits that have been used. This applies to monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and one-time credit packs.
